He joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1982 and resigned in January 2001 to pursue possible political and other goals. He now works in the Australian public sector in regulatory policy. Sanjeev's book, "Breaking Free of Nehru" (Anthem Press, 2008) highlighted India’s expensive but disastrous experiment with socialism. It proposed a way forward for India to become a great nation with freedom and ethical governance. The Freedom Team of India is part of that process, of bringing together leaders who will participate in this journey to transform India. He runs an active blog at Sabhlokcity.com.
